Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?

Yes of course! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and product and would like to return your item, please send your item(s) back to our HQ. Providing all items are acceptable for returns/exchanges we will happily accept a return for a full refund or an exchange.
Please note, any items purchased in the sale/at sale price are non-exchangable, non-refundable and non-returnable – (This includes promotional offers and deals).

How long after my purchase can I make a return or exchange?

If you are returning an item(s) back to us, these will need to arrive back to our HQ within 14 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to send the item(s) back to our Plouise Fashion HQ if you require a refund or an exchange.

How to make a return.

To process a return to us please follow the following steps:

However, please note that you will be held accountable for covering the shipping costs to return these items to us and completely liable for tracking this back.
Dependant on the shipping method used and carrier selected, your return package may take up to 7 days to arrive with us.
Please allow 5 business days to process all returns once it is received by our distribution teams. This may take up to 10 business days during sale periods.
Plouise Fashion must be returned by mail only, we do not accept drop-offs.
We recommend sending us an email telling us you have returned your item, why you have returned your item along with proof of a shipping receipt – (just in case you lose your shipping receipt tracking number and your return goes missing – we’ve all been there babe).

How long will it take too process a refund?

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full priced items returned to us within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

How will I know if my item is eligible for a return or refund?

We will ONLY accept refunds or exchanges if items are returned to us in their original condition which means unworn, undamaged, free from fake tan/makeup any other stains, pet hairs, perfume, deodorant and have the original Plouise Fashion tags attached.

Will you cover the delivery cost?

We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can’t be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or fault.
Please also note that you will be held accountable for covering the shipping costs to return.

Can I get a refund on sale items?

Items purchased in the sale can not be returned for a refund. Items in the sale can only be returned for exchange of another size. If the desired size is out of stock, the amount of the product will be refunded as store credit.


Products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged even if a colour does not suit you or a clothing fit is not correct.. It was stated upon purchase that these items are chosen at random. Depending on stock levels we may add a size up or down on fashion. You may get a base that isn’t your shade, unfortunately this is a mystery box and your sizes / shades can vary depending on availability.

The same rules apply for Birthday Boxes. If a product is damaged once leaving our warehouse unfortunately we can only offer a 5% refund. Products are chosen at random and we cannot guarantee every box to be the same. If the outer box is damaged we cannot offer any refund or resend the packaging as this is an extra bonus to your order.

The same applies for competitionsAny products received during a competition cannot be exchanged or returned for monetary value. Although your shade may not be suited to yourself or fashion may not fit correctly, we are unable to exchange or refund, as this was a complimentary item. All items received within a competition depend on stock available, therefore if an item is out of stock or discontinued we will be unable to process this within your package.

All Mystery boxes are dependent on value and not quantities. Every box may be different as it is a mystery.
